If you've never had an energy scan, especially online, it's reasonable to want to know exactly what happens before you book. Here is the process from a UAE client's point of view.

Before the Session

You'll need two things: your full name and a recent photo of yourself. That's what the practitioner uses to connect with your energy field remotely. Nothing else is required, and you don't need any special setup, equipment or preparation.

If you're curious why distance doesn't matter, our guide to how distance healing works goes through it in detail.

Scheduling Across Gulf Time

The UAE runs on Gulf Standard Time, UTC+4, which is 1 hour 30 minutes behind India (IST, UTC+5:30). So a 6:30 pm slot in Dubai is 8:00 pm in India. The UAE doesn't change its clocks, so this gap stays the same all year, which makes recurring sessions easy to plan.

What the Scan Looks At

An energy scan reviews the state of your energy field and the energy centres, or chakras, to see where things feel depleted, congested or uneven. If you'd like background on those centres, start with our explainer on the 7 chakras. The point is a clearer picture of where to focus, not a diagnosis.

What It Isn't

It isn't a medical assessment, and it doesn't replace medical care or professional advice. Energy work complements what you're already doing; it doesn't promise a particular outcome.

After the Scan

You'll get a plain explanation of what was observed and, if it makes sense, suggestions on what to do next. There's no pressure to continue. Many people book once to see what it's like.
