Privacy, Terms & Refund Policies

Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of this website and the healing services offered by Healer Sakshi, a unit of Vidyasharnm Pranic Studio.

Nature of services

Pranic Healing, Energy Scanning, Angelic Healing, Oracle Card Reading and related sessions are complementary, energy-based practices. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and we do not diagnose or treat any medical condition.

No outcome guarantees

We do not and cannot guarantee specific results from any session or course — outcomes vary from person to person.

Booking & eligibility

You agree to provide accurate information when booking. Sessions and workshops are intended for adults 18+; minors may participate only with a parent or guardian's consent and arrangement.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, design, images and logos — belongs to Vidyasharnm Pranic Studio. Written permission is required before reproducing it elsewhere.

What we collect

When you use a form on this site, we collect your name, contact details (phone/email) and whatever you tell us about what you'd like help with, plus basic website analytics.

How we use it

We use your information to schedule and conduct your session, follow up afterward, respond to your questions, and send communications you've asked for. You can opt out of non-essential communication at any time.

How we protect it

Your personal data is never sold or rented. Anything you share about your session is treated confidentially.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time — just reach out via the contact details below.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Rescheduling

Need to change your time? Let us know at least 24 hours before your session and we'll find you an alternative slot.

Refund eligibility

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before your session are eligible for a refund or credit toward a future session. Cancellations within 24 hours, and no-shows, forfeit the session fee — the slot was reserved specifically for you.

After the session

Once a session has been delivered, its fee is non-refundable, as energy work is a rendered service, not a physical product.

Processing time

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
