These terms govern your use of this website and the healing services offered by Healer Sakshi, a unit of Vidyasharnm Pranic Studio ("we", "us", "our"). By booking a session or using this site, you agree to these terms.
Nature of services
Pranic Healing, energy scanning, angelic healing, oracle card reading and related sessions are complementary, energy-based practices intended to support wellbeing and personal growth. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always continue any treatment prescribed by your qualified practitioner.
No guarantee of outcomes
Energy work is experiential and individual. While many clients report meaningful benefit, we do not and cannot guarantee specific results. Outcomes vary from person to person.
Bookings & conduct
- You agree to provide accurate information when booking.
- Sessions are intended for persons aged 18 and above, unless a parent or guardian arranges and consents on behalf of a minor.
- We reserve the right to decline or discontinue a session where appropriate.

Refund & Cancellation
Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule a booked session, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance and we will do our best to find a new slot that suits you.
Cancellations & refunds
- Cancellations requested at least 24 hours before the session are eligible for a refund or a credit toward a future session.
- For cancellations within 24 hours, or missed sessions, fees may not be refundable as the slot has been reserved for you.
- Once a session has been delivered, fees are non-refundable, as energy work is a rendered service.
How to request
To request a reschedule, cancellation or refund, contact us using the details below with your booking information. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
